Young people are learning more and more about the importance of protecting our natural environment. Many of them are working together with teachers and school administrative and janitorial staff to implement environmental programs in their schools. By implementing the 3Rs and composting in school, students gain knowledge about environmental issues, acquire organizational skills, and discover that they can make a difference.
